H&R Pet Transport offers complementary financial support should your pets’ journey face an unplanned event. While it is extremely unlikely that the H&R Pet program may ever be required, we believe it provides the reassurance to our loyal customers that the very best care will be provided to their loved pets and that they are protected financially with liability minimized.

Veterinary Fees

Cover up to $ 10,000 For emergency treatment for illness or injury should your pet require treatment while in transit; excludes any pre-existing health conditions which you must advise us about, prior to your pets travel date.

Replacement Value

Cover up to $25,000.00 Provided in the case of the pet’s death by accident, illness or injury sustained while the pet is in transit. This is also extended to cover replacement value in the case of a pet being stolen or lost during transit.

Emergency Repatriation and Quarantine Cover

Cover up to $50,000.00 In the event of your trip being cancelled due to a family emergency (death or serious illness) while your pet is in transit, H&R Pet Transport will provide up to $10 000.00 towards returning your pet to you and/or any quarantine and/or boarding fees that may be applicable.
